My responsibilities involve automating processes, enhancing system performance, and ensuring consistent operational reliability through diligent monitoring and rapid incident mitigation and defect fixes.

Working as a junior technician at Puroclean Restoration taught me valuable skills related to hard work and dedication. In this role, I was responsible for assisting the senior technicians in cleaning and restoring properties that had been damaged by water, fire, or other types of disasters.
